The Cost Of Service website and The Grump Report is a public information website for the general public and our members. NISC-T and The ProSquad members can author articles that are picked up by other news groups and blogs. Because some of the subjects may be sensitive, members can choose to use the generic "Grump" or any other nickname that wouldn't identify them. But if you have a grump - and you want it public - this is the place for it. You don't have to be a member to comment to a "grump".
